A ThemeStock membership allows you to download unlimited products from the membership section without any preset daily download limits. There are personal and developer licenses available so that you may purchase access for either your own use or for use in the websites you develop for your clients. The number of licenses is limited depending on the type of membership you purchase, but you can still download and evaluate any product with any membership plan. A ThemeStock membership also entitles you to receive a 10% discount off any products in the “limited section” of ThemeStock.com.

There are two types of memberships available at ThemeStock which are for personal and developer use.

If you purchase a personal membership then you may only use the templates for your own websites. You are granted a certain number of licenses depending on which personal membership you purchase. Each website you use a template on will count as a license, and you can register the websites on your account page once you have purchased a membership. If you purchase a developer membership then you may use the templates for both your websites and your clients websites. However at the minimum you must complete the installation of the theme for your client in a developer client relationship, and you still may not simply distribute the templates to others. Each website you use a template on will count as a license, and you can register the websites on your account page once you have purchased a membership. As an additional benefit, templates can still be used after your membership expires, and you are not obligated to renew your account in order to continue to use the themes that you have registered within your account.

ThemeStock.com and all Materials are made available to you “AS IS,” “AS AVAILABLE,” and “WITH ALL FAULTS.” ThemeStock.com its employees, directors, and officers and anyone else associated with ThemeStock.com and Big Resources, Inc. makes no representation or warranty, express or implied, including without limitation warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. ThemeStock.com further makes no representation or warranty that your usage of ThemeStock.com will be uninterrupted, error free of computer viruses, or other damaging materials. When you login to your account, and access ThemeStock.com, you do so at your own risk.

ThemeStock.com, its employees, directors, and officers, or anyone else associated with ThemeStock.com and Big Resources, Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, special, consequential, economic damages including but not limited to loss of revenue or profits, arising out of the use, or inability to use, the Materials. ThemeStock.com, its employees, or related parties, will in no event be liable for any damages to exceed the amount paid by you for accessing or using ThemeStock.com, and for accessing, acquiring, and/or using Materials from ThemeStock.com

You agree to fully, indemnify, and hold harmless ThemeStock.com, its employees, directors, officers, and any other entity associated with ThemeStock.com, and each of its successors, licensees, and assigns free and harmless from any and all claims, liabilities, costs, losses, damages, expenses, including attorneys’ fees and expenses, arising in connection with Your use of the Materials and this website or of any breach or alleged breach of any representation, warranty, or other promise made by You in this Agreement.

You acknowledge that this agreement expresses the parties entire understanding and agreement, and that there have been no warranties, representations, covenants, or understandings made by either party to the other except as expressly set forth in this agreement. Big Resources, Inc. reserves the right to modify or terminate these Terms of Use without notice, and You agree to be bound by any such modified or terminated Terms of Use.
